Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not after super-high quality. I'll be using
the sounds mainly in post production of tapes shot at science fiction
conventions, so "video game" sound effect quality would be OK. I don't want
to spend $$ for a keyboard, as my wife already has one. (I must investigate
if it has MIDI but I'm pretty sure it does not.) I have talked to Aegis about
Sonix, and they too reccomend a sampler. I'm going to check out Synthia next,
and I understand that Delux Video can do sound. I can't download DRW because
I have no Amiga telecom software yet. (I've some PD stuff on order. I'm
