A quick (using 'find') perusal of my HD contents reveals the following
programs that have code dealign with ILBM that might be of interest to you.
They can all be found in the LIBs here.
Surf – a program to generate bezier surfaces
contains readilbm.c, writeilbm.c, and readilbm.h
Snap – Contains saveilbm.c
Looki – myilbm.h
pbmplus – (not sure if this one is here or not)
– contains ilbmtoppm.c, ppmtoilbm.c
Additonally, several Fish disks contain readers/writers…
Fish 185 – ShowILBM
Fish 96 – AnimPlayer
