Rick: I've come to the same conclusion myself(about the call to mimetics) especially after hearing about the complexity of your system and your lack of problems. Do you know if Mimetics has a BBS? When I had my original problems with the install sequence, I called them at the # on the warranty card.A machine answered, I left my name and #, but never received a return call. From this I got the (mistaken?) impression of a lack of support, as well as a (mistaken?) impression of a lack of quality in their product. Thanx for the help.Just wanted to see if it was just me.
