PLEASE HELP!! I am what we could call extremely upset! I have spent an entire evening trying to download a few things to my AMIGA 2000. It is 3:00 AM and I have made little progress. I wanted to download a file FIST.ARC from "Digital Animation" library. Its header says it needs something called PLAYER.ARC from another library (I can't remember what it's called now, I'm too dang tired). Well wouldn't you know it there are TWO PLAYER.ARC files and I, of course, waste my time and money to download the WRONG one. So then I download the 'right' one and now it is issuing user hostile messages like "Cannot open script" or "Cannot start timer". WHAT'S HAPPENING? Not only has this been frustrating, but I'm sure it has been VERY EXPENSIVE. Since I am just getting started with Compuserve, and one of my first attempts has been about $50 worth of headaches, I am begining to feel that my money would be better spent at the mailorder places instead. ARGH!!! Please change my mind, Mike Golobay
