Kevin, While I would advise against doing the installation yourself, the entire job should be able to be done in under an hour. Having done the job already, I know that I could do it in 15 minutes. Considering that this type of thing is what I do for a living, any compentent tech should find an hour more than sufficient time. Hmmm, I wonder if CBM is sending installation directions with the chips? Most dealers are getting them through parts, who normally don't send anything except the parts themselves. And the installation is more than just replacing the chip. -Dean
