I thought the whole point was, this guy would supposedly get better treatment
from IBM. You must have meant to say, if the CBM reps really did help the
potential customers, they'd be good enough to work for IBM. Ever hear of the
Peter Principle? People get promoted until they can't be promoted any more,
meaning they get promoted to their level of incompetence.
