I'll leave that to others – when they dropped 99% of their Ami coverage, I
dropped my subscription, and haven't bought it since. My favorite though, is
when CBM delivered a fully equipped box to them, tought the guy how to use it,
and he still didn't understand it – all this as reported extensively here in
the forums.
