Come now, you don't think that Byte trashes the Amiga?? Where have you been — Pournelle has trashed the Amiga every chance he gets. It seems that since he can't figure out how to use such a technologically advanced machine, he has to recommend that no body use it. He has been jumped on so many times that Amiga owners have just given up for the most part….. Hell, the whole Amiga world will send up a huge cheer when we hear that he has dissapeared from the face of the earth…… Actually Poetic justice would be for him to be re-incarnated as an Amiga! As for Commodore spending money advertising in Byte, I agree with the other comments, if you want C/A to do something that stupid, why not just have them advertise in PC Magazine, or PC World, or something like that! I think magazines like DDJ and Unix World, and things like that would be much better. Barry
