The newspaper I was mentioning, or specifically the publisher, is also a
developer who specializes in tearing down the housing that the readership live
in and putting up incredibly oversized (he wants to put up an 81 story, 875
foot tower in a low rise residential block that now houses very low cost
housing) luxury developments that his readership can't live in. IMHO.
