Betty: I have another problem with ARC. I have ARC.022 (renamed ARC) in my c
directory. I have in the past been able to unarc files that I've downloaded.
Today, tho, I have the until-now untried opportunity to ARC two files into one
file for uploading.
Every time I have tried ARC A , with any combination of names after it, I get
the message "I have no work to do!" and the program ends. I have not yet
created the archive, but I understood from the limited documentation that a
would create the archive if one didn't already exist.
The ARC is in the c directory on the disk in df0:. The two files I want to
archive are Information.txt and Welcome.ps, which are located on the disk in
df1:. I want to create an archive file called Welcome.arc.
I want the archive file to either be on RAM: or df1:.
Can you help me with the syntax?
