Oh, I know and I agree (risks through the mail). This is really the only
problem I've ever had through the mail and I've mail ordered A LOT (as has a
friend of mine recently with no problems). As you pointed out, the important
thing is to know your rights and also to be good at complaining/threatening in
case something does go wrong. In this case though, I more than made up for the
savings in aggravation. C'est la Vie.
