By phase difference, I presume you mean the opposite 8 degree shift from
horizontal path each field track exhibits (the herringbone pattern that the
tape would show if you could see magnetism). Now, the big question concerning
the info in your last message, what's a 1H delay? One-half frame (one-sixtieth
of a second)?
