Lilliane, Welcome to CIS, hopefully you'll come to love this gang here, we're alright really! Thanks for the information. I'll pass it along to him and he can give you folks a call and see if the PALs or ROMs need to be upgraded. Since he bought it mail order you never really feel confident that you know exactly what you're getting. I know they try but sometimes things slip through. I'm sure he'll be calling early this coming week. Good to know he did get the latest software though, he was releived to hear that. Will keep you posted and of course if he has other questions I'll be the one posting here. He refuses to buy a modem, course after I see my VISA bill I can understand why! 🙂 Keith
