#Quantum 40 vs A2090A
I have an Amiga 2500/20 with the A2090A HD controller and a Rodime ST-506
HD. I just bought a Quantum 40 meg drive to add to my system, but when I
plug it in (using the internal 50 pin connector), my computer wont boot. I
get the gray screen, it accesses the Rodime shortly, than just hangs there.
I tried unpluging the Rodime and the same thing happens. I soon as I unplug
the Quantum, things work fine again. I trippled check, and the connector
orientation IS corect. Any ideas out there? Sylvain
