Its not the 24-bit pointers that's the problem, but the fact that MS did
something else with the extra 8 bits on top… spo that when you wanrt a
clean 32-bit address you're S.O.L…. there is sme garbage up there where
the 000 s should have been. If you clear it, you kill BASIC
