Your dealer is either very unknowledgable about Amiga, stupid, or feels
little need to support the machine.
All dealers who legitimately got the 3000 demo unit(s) also go a very
nice dealer book complete with wholesale/retail pricing, ad slicks, glossy
brouchures, etc.
Your run down of what does and does not work under 2.0 is not relevant.
2.0 is in beta, it is not for sale, nor will it be anytime soon. Dealer
demo 3000s were set up so you could boot from 1.3 or the beta 2.0. If your
dealer hasn't figured this out he should seriously consider getting out of
the Amiga market before he does more damage from ignorance.
