Its a pity all the makers can't profit from positive publicity instead of real sales, isn't it. I'm reminded of such notables as the Mindscape. Certainly, Commodore has no corner on that problem. I'm interested that you see the IIfx as a forcing move. Its a nice machine, certainly, but "no big deal" in the Mac community since its only an evolutionary step. The best thing about the IIfx is that it forced reductions in some crazy accelerator prices. Bill
