getting the Ham-E recalibrated and returned in a more timely matter, but then again, it wouldn't have needed recalibration if you used the proper adapter in the first place. So after all of this, my thoughts are that you are the one who is mainly at fault. We often hate to admit this, but a lot of times the users are the ones who create their own problems. I still think that IM is one of the best image processing programs in the Amiga market, and hope you will take time to re-evalute your position.
