#WB 2.0 compatibilties?
Three important questions in re. WB 2.0:
1.) Does WSHELL work? I'd expect it to depend heavily on DOS
internals, and I understand that there have been some significant changes
there. Does this break WSHELL?
2.) I was playing around with my dealer's 3000 and I noticed that there
didn't seem to be a lot of improvement in the AmigaDOS shell. It still
didn't support '|' piping. Is this likely to be implemented in a later
version? I never could understand why C/A didn't support it from the
start. (Built-in AREXX support in the C/A default shell would also be
nice, no matter what it does to Bill's market 😉
3.) Have they fixed the Workbench duplicate? It never seems to matter
HOW small a file I have, or HOW much memory I have, doing a duplicate from
the workbench uses all but 30k of RAM, and crashes about once in ten times.
Not A Good Thing.
