#VT scroll region probs
The escape sequence ESC [ Pt ; Pb r sets the top and bottom margins on a
VT100. Does anyone know if this sequence also forces the cursor to the
upper left corner of the screen in the process of setting the margins? It
acts like that is what's happening, but I'd like to hear from someone who
might be more sure of it than I am <g>. I've got both an ANSI X3.41
writeup and a VT240 manual to work with, but neither one is very much help.
