Absolutely Bill, though don't ask me to supply too many details. If you are
just looking to output a message to the user, it becomes a matter of finding
the appropriate window. All windows may be found by tracing from Intuitionbase.
If you are trying to communicate with a program rather than a user, the
receiving program must know what to do with what you send.
