#help – DL'ing/archiving

I'm knew to telecomputing and I'm having a tough time
I down loaded the file Whap!1.9.lzh and I can't unarchive it. I
downloaded a file archiv but my amiga tells me that it's not an object
module, although it seems to have d/led ok What's wrong? Also, is there
doc files for either of these programs?
I'd really appreciate some kind assistance
