I'd not consider the Manx compiler unless I received an unbelievable
discount. It is very long on the tooth these days and may be no longer
effectively supported. The SAS compiler is a very nice product. I use it
here. DICE is available and has its afficianados. I am not sure if it is a
viable commercial product yet. But it is worth considering if price is an
object.
