Pat, Round about the middle of March I asked you about getting the automatic upgrade to SBPro4 (1.01), you looked in your database, found I wasn't there, added me, & said to get in touch with Oxxi UK for the upgrade. In the intervening time I have written to Oxxi UK, received a reply saying Oxxi would be delighted to supply the upgrade if I said what machine I wanted the upgrade for (?!), replied saying it was an Amiga, waited and finally recived a letter yesterday saying that I had to send my registration card to Oxxi in the US, who would automatically send an upgrade… I would also point out that I bought SBPro4 as an upgrade, in response to a mailshot from Precision, & that the previous version of SBPro I had was also bought from Precision as an upgrade. I have sent in the registration card for each version… I am NOT feeling happy. This is the first time I have had any dealings with Oxxi, and on the evidence of the above, I am not impressed. I can understand that picking up the product from another company will have made life difficult, so please Pat, convince me this is a one-off silly, and get my upgrade sorted. Cheers Graham
