HDBackup does not work consistantly. I made a test backup of a small directory to get the hang of it, then backed up the drive and reformatted. It did not restore. Fortunately, I had had the drive less than a week and I still had most of it still scattered about on floppis; rebuilding the boot partition did not take too many hours. Minor probs: toggling compression does nothing " archive bits does nothing Annoying prob: I would often get a 'Not a DOS disk in df0:' requester when placing a backup floppy in the drive. Fatal prob: When restoring, the program seemed to 'lose' files, after which it would go through the remaining discs without restoring any more files.
