pvn_fail ?
I had the following error when using lex, I don't think it is
a lex error though – looks more like the operating system
sending out a warning:
NOTICE: pvn_fail: page list not empty! – plist 4005E8Ac
(called from 0x7875428, pid 2)
Anyone have a clue what this means?
