If the sales volume of a company bore and direct relationship to the
quality of its software IBM would own the computer world and OS/2 would be
the only game in town.
There's no excuse for putting out junk and luring people into paying
good money for it. Besides, how do you think MS got to be a billion dollar
company? They built a better mousetrap, didn't they?
