Well Patty, it is so easy to use, it is beyond belief. DAK sends you a
recipe book and has a newletter with more recipes and all you do is put the
stuff in the baker and push start. Each recipe gives you the order in
which the ingredients are to be added for the best results. Making bread
usually takes under 10 minutes of my time; the TurboBaker does the rest.
And it is very easy to clean too. I just keep it right on my countertop
and we all use it weekly.
