Street Atlas runs without difficulty on my 3.1 Windows setup. Perhaps you
should erase the subdirectory in which you keep Atlas and start anew.
Incidentally, one irritation in loading all these Windows-dependent
programs is the assumption by the manufactuer that one would want to run
their stuff in a second-level subdirectory under the C:\ root. Isn't in
better to assume
C:\WINDOWS\{SOMEDIR}?
