Let me preface this by saying that I am the Tech Support Manager at
Computer Library, so I can only tell you what our license says. Since I am
not a lawyer, I'm not in a position interpret the license for you.
Our license is just that, a license to use our data — you don't really own
it — the "ownership" (copyright) of all full text remains with the
original publisher of the material, which in many cases is not even Ziff.
As such, you cannot sell it to someone else since it was never really
"sold" to you.
Again, I don't write the license. If you feel that you need a further
clarification of our license, please feel free to send me a letter at
Computer Library, One Park Ave, NY, NY 10016. I will be happy to forward
it to our legal department for a reply.
