I'll tell you one thing, if you worked in the customer service department at my company you'd be looking for another job. Hey buddy, I gave you my money in good faith and I don't feel you've kept your end of the bargain. I'm running FC on a 3000 w/ 2 megs. I cannot–CANNOT–open more than one document at a time regardless of size–I can't even open more than one new document. If most of your customers are running FC on a 500 with a meg they must have real trouble opening big docs. The point is my system far exceeds the minimum requirements you list on the outside of your package. I don't think I'm being unreasonable when I scream about being able to open only one doc at a time. How can anyone do any serious WP when they can't cut and paste between docs? I don't care about attention, I care about quality products and value. Sure, your product doesn't cost much, but as the man once said, you only get what you pay for. I intend to send the product back and I expect to get a full refund for it. I am completely unhappy with it and find it unacceptable. And there's the bottom line, my friend. You've lost a customer forever.
