AMAX Amigas & Macs
ACK! I'd like to answer your question, but I sold my Amiga 1000 when I
got my 3000 a few years ago. In retrospect, I am trying to remember
if I EVER used the HD stuff w/ my Microbotics contoller. I may have
gotten the AMAX upgrade after getting my 3000, I can't remember. I
do remember that it was a Microbotics StarBoardII w/2.5MB Ram, and
optional SCSI interface. It did not use the Rigid Disk Block format
that is standard on my 3000, so I think I would have remembered
trying to get the AMAX partition setup. Try calling ReadySoft at
(416)731-4175. As long as you are a registered user, they will be
very helpful.
