This happens to companies that make popular products, and not only in the
tech support departments. I do think NewTek will need to make some quantum
jumps in their in-house support and consideration for tech support. One
thing that will help to force improvement, actually, will be the release of
the ToasterLink/Mac. they've had to take a fresh look at many tech support
problems because of it.
