Ken: We have two Lyon-Lamb controllers at work. One is a MiniVAS and the other is a ProVAS. Both have worked so far but there has always been one feature of the MiniVAS that dosen't work. Lyon-Lamb's answer has been: 1) Update the ROMS, then 2) Send it back. No other possibilities were discussed. I haven't been overly happy with their software, either. I'll probably go to another manufacturer when I buy another one. Chris P.S. I have had a number of experiences with companies that are, in theory at least, in business to sell things seeming to not be interested in taking my money. Lyon Lamb is just the most recent. I tried to buy an RGB film recorder for work with a 35mm still and 16mm movie back. It took about a month trying to deal with the manufacturer before an enterprising sales rep finally broke through the noise and called me directly. This wasn't a cheap toy, either – We paid something like $15-$20K for it, and the manufacturer didn't seem to be interested in making the sale at all!
