Phasar is an accounting package, something like Quicken I guess. It is a
commercial product whose author continues to develop it. It has been highly
recommended to me by several users. I asked about software to track a stock
portfolio, for example, and Phasar was suggested. (I suppose if you know how to
use a spreadsheet such programs are less necessary? But Ben's wife uses both,
so that may not be true. I don't use this stuff myself being too poor…)
