Keith 1st of all, check out GAMERS section 12, HOT topic of the month is 7th Guest. 2nd, I bought it at Price Club (chain of wharehouse stores) for $42!!! 3rd, this game is the most BORING, TEDIOUS, UNINTERESTING game ever written for the PC. It will take you HOURS and HOURS of rebooting to get the right configuration to even PLAY it. I was brought to tears (NOT "on the verge of tears", but real-live TEARS) trying to get my system to work. I use a 486/33 with soundblaster, and Mitsumi drive with 150 kb/sec transfer, and a Cirrus Logic VESA LB video card (rated at about a bizzillion winmarks, I think), and QEMM 6.0 It you have a similar configuration, FORGET IT! You need a 486/66 minimum (that's funny, because that is currently the FASTEST possible PC computer in the world), and don't even think about it unless you have a 300kb/sec double speed CD. In short, you need $4000 worth of hardware to play this stupid, dull, boring game. My advice: take $1000, buy a Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Super Nintendo (SNES), and get Sewer Shark CD, Ecco the Dolphin (sega cart.), Flashback (sega genesis cartridge), and Starfox for the SNES. You'll have SO MUCH more fun from that lineup, you'll save thousands, your kids will be much happier, etc. etc. p.s. There are no offensive scenes. The only scary part is, the CURSER is a skeleton hand, that turns into a skull with a throbbing brain when it is time to solve a boring irrelevent puzzle. My brain was doing the same thing after two hours of this game. p.p.s. I'll sell you my copy for $50, and I'll pay shipping. Complete with untouched registration card, and unwatched video, "The making of 7th guest" (I was already warned a dozen times not to watch it, it is a home movie without sound). Eric
