Dolf,
I believe this means that you have a bad POVRAY.DEF. This file is used to
record POV-Ray default settings. It sounds like you have a "/" in this
file, which POV-Ray is choking on. This is not a required file; you may
delete it; or fix it. The documentation will tell you what should be in it.
