Type 1's are both available on Mac and DOS, Eduard, be it under different
filesystems, but they are both there! And Type 1 is a "semi-published" format,
the so-called "black" book can be obtained from Adobe Systems Inc, if you're a
registered developer with them. Since I am one of those, I have been able to
get the book quite easily.
But alas, no one seems to react on the Type story, and I am kinda stuck with
it, snif….
