yes, you only need to download the runtime module VBRUN200.DLL , zipped here as
VBRUN20.ZIP.
I also agree with Dan…try to learn PoV first so you'll be able to understand
the code generated by POVCAD or any other modeler for that matter.
BTW: soon enough you will not need a GUI( if you decide to stick with POVCAD)
since I'm finishing the DOS version. The GUI is a far cry from Windows but it
will hopefully do the job.
