When looking at removable storage, I'd like to see some consideration of cross-platform compatibility. Many Amiga users also need to use PCs or Macs sometimes. For instance, if I buy a removable (Syquest, floptical, Bernoulli, or magneto-optical) drive, I'd like to find one that can be moved among all 3 platforms… from a company that _supports_ all 3 platforms (so when I call with a question, they'll try to answer it, regardless of which of the 3 machines I have it hooked up to at the time). And I'd also like to know what does and doesn't work when using these devices to move data between platforms. For instance, can I hook up the drive to an Amiga, and insert a cartridge/disk that I was using when I had the device attached to a PC or Mac, and access tha data from the Amiga? (Assuming, of course, that the data is in some file format that some Amiga program understands, ASCII, TIFF, whatever.) ===Scott
