I'll give a try. I called GVP today and they didn't think I could do it. They suggested upgrading to a SERIES 2 controller for about $90 Thats a great price but I have 2 meg of RAM chips on the present controller which I would have to toss. If your suggestion doesn't work do you know if I bought one of the other brands of controller (read cheaper) and kept the series 1 card in there just for the RAM and hooked up the hard drive to the new controller?
