I have been rather slow to answer you note about Street Atlas. I have worked with it some more. I am using it on a 386DX-40 meg computer with 8 meg of RAM on the mother board. I have been in and out of the program through Windows 3.1 several times. When I come to magnify the southwest section of Richmond, IN where I live the street names are almost entirely wrong. North and east and west of this section they are correct. I am glad to hear that there have not been other "gross errors" in the discussion on this forum. I will report these errors to DeLorme and send them a street map. My wife and I have decided that we are enjoying the program and we will keep it. We will not depend upon it, solely, to find our way in strange cities. Slow printing seems to be bothering several people in the discussions I have read. I set up Windows 3.1 with the automatic setup program and it has 2 meg of cache. It will swope Street Atlas and Paint Brush in and out of operation as fast as I can double click the mouse. The slow parts of printing are not changing programs but waiting for Street Atlas to work up a print file and waiting for Windows to load that file into the printer. I looked at a section northwest of Indianapois, IN today to get the lay of the land. My son-in-law is considering a job in that area. It made an interesting excursion.
