If you're going frame-at-a-time with the Flitape utility, I'd recommend
going with the highest on the card you are running with – 512×486 Targa or
756×486 for the Vista.
If you're going to do 'live' recording, probably 640×480, but be careful of
tearing if you're moving many pixels around!
