Sorry I can't give you more information about the release date of the
A4000/030 in the US. It shouldn't be long though.
I've played around with one a little which was running Bars and Pipes Pro
v2.0 and fitted with the "One Stop Music Shop" Zorro card. I have to say
that I noticed no difference in speed between that and my A4000/040. I
have been told that the difference is more noticable when really loading
the work onto the processor eg. Rendering. As the CPU is on a
daughterboard as in the '040 version upgrading to a more powerful chip
would be very easy.
