One of our salesmen recently inquired about Commodore stock from his broker at
Merill Lynch. The word that he got was that Commodore was going to take a big
write down in the first quarter, a change in accounting, to clear out the rest
of the "old" machines. I think that IBM and others do this from time to time
when inventories are overvalued.
