I've had a similar problem with my 2000 although it only happens with hires and with a few programs (Prowrite,Propage/draw). I was told it may be my fast ram so I removed it, checked the connections and replace the ram board. That seemed to fix it. I was also told it was chip ram but fiddling with the ram board seemed to discount that theory. I also didn't notice any relationship between the temperature and the problem, so we may not be experiencing the same problem. By "mess up" what exactly do you see? Andrew
