Don, Well, I don't know whether that's true or not. Nor do I know under what conditions using the ROM image on the Emplant is legal or illegal. All I know is what is needed to use the Emplant other than using ROMs, which is also possible since the Emplant has sockets for ROMs. The EMplant instruction manual includes instructions on inserting the ROMs in the sockets on the EMplant board and how to dump the ROM image onto disk. Emplant is not my product, so, not to belabor the issue any further, please don't take me to task about this. I didn't do it!! Whatever Emplant requires, there doesn't appear to be anything they suggest the user do which THEY considered to be or determined to be improper. If it is, then you need to tell Utilities Unlimited, not me.
