Yes he can. He will need
— Commodore's A2065 Ethernet card. The following Companies advertise
it:

Safe Harbor — 1-800-544-6599
This card is primarily a 10base2 card, but might have an AUI port. If
so, you'll need a 10baseT transceiver. If not, I don't know, depends
on whether or not your concentrator has the capability to connect to
10base2.
— Novell's Macintosh Name Space. This comes standard with NW 3.11, I
don't know about 2.x. If you're not using Netware 3.11, you should
be, it's nice.
— Oxxi's Novell Client Software. I believe it's either $199 or $99 for
a single user version.
