# 3DS & Windows
I'm still switching between two CONFIG.SYS for Windows and AutoCAD. I do have
QEMM in there for AutoCAD, but it's yanked for Windows. Most of the time I
think I'm a smart guy, but I feel like a $8/hour COBOL programmer when it comes
to re-arranging these things. I don't like taking something apart if I think
I'll break it in the process, and there are so many things to verify that
aren't broken… On my Windows setup, I have: ASPI4DOS.SYS, ASPIDISK.SYS,
ASPICDRM.SYS, ASPITAPE.SYS, HIMEM.SYS, EMM386.EXE NOEMS X=A000-CFFF, MOUSE.SYS
ANSIVEGA.SYS, SETVER.EXE, RAMDRIVE.SYS 384 /E, SMARTDRV.EXE /DOUBLE_BUFFER,
then Windows for Workgroups: protman.dos, exp16.dos, NDIS to Crynwyr packet
driver shim ndispkt.dos, and workgrp.sys.
For AutoCAD, I have: ASPI4DOS.SYS, ASPIDISK.SYS, ASPICDRM.SYS, ASPITAPE.SYS,
QEMM386.SYS MEMORY=7356 MAPS=2 NOVIDEOFILL NOSORT, MOUSE.SYS, ANSIVEGA.SYS,
SETVER.EXE, RAMDRIVE.SYS 384 /E, and SMARTDRV.EXE /DOUBLE_BUFFER c d.
In those orders. I've only got 8 megs in this 486/33, and I'd like to use as
much as possible in either Windows, 3DS or AutoCAD.
