I've heard of the Amiga being used for titling and stuff like that and
come to think of it there was coverage in AW last year of one company
using it. Of course in TV land there are numerous programs that use the
Toaster & other products for FX and CG. By FX I assume you mean
Terminator II type effects with morphing and such. The applications are
there for that and others.
I'm not in the INDUSTRY so I can't say for sure or give you specific
examples.
